Here are some helpful tips that will make sharing our office spaces easy for everyone.
A Few Things to Know
- If you think you may be the last person leaving—or notice no one else is there—please lock the front doors by long pressing any button on the keypad at Denver, Lakewood and Aurora. At Wheat Ridge lock using code 1523 and turning the deadbolt.
- Lights are on timers at all locations, so you generally won’t need to turn them off.
- Wheat Ridge is the exception: if you’re the first therapist in, please turn on the light switch by the front door and the Open sign. If you’re the last one out, please turn both off.
- Most treatment rooms are connected to power strips. Before leaving, please make sure everything in your room has been turned off.
- If you are in the office alone you are always welcome to lock the front door while you’re in session.
- At Wheat Ridge and Aurora we have community laundry. Please bring in linens to share and always contribute to the laundry cycle when you are in the office.
- At Lakewood and Denver there is no laundry on-site so make sure to bring your own linens for private clients. The linens on-site can be used for Motion Massage clients if you are doing independent contractor work for us.
15-Minute Transition Time – Hourly Rentals
To help everyone have a smooth experience, each hourly rental includes a complimentary 15-minute transition period after your scheduled session.
Please plan to wrap up your massage at the scheduled end time so you have plenty of time to clean up, reset the room, and gather your belongings before the next therapist arrives. This helps keep everyone’s day running on schedule and creates a welcoming experience for both therapists and clients.
Cancellation Policy Hourly Rentals
Plans change—we completely understand! If you need to adjust your reservation, you can cancel or reschedule anytime up until the night before your booking.
Once it becomes the day of your reservation, the room has been reserved exclusively for you, so same-day cancellations are no longer available and the rental needs to be charged as scheduled. (Make sure you are charging your clients for late cancels and no-shows too)
Thank you for understanding and for helping us make sure our rooms are available for everyone.
Paying for Hourly Rentals
Please wait until the day of your reservation to pay for your hourly rental.
That way, if your plans change beforehand, we don’t have to try to keep track of credits.
