We are searching for a wonderful professional to share our beautiful space in our busy massage studio in the heart Denver!

The studio is located at Oneida and Evans with easy access from I25. We have ample parking and a lot of shops, restaurants and other healthcare businesses nearby. Rent includes a shared waiting room, break room, refreshments, internet, utilities, cleaning service, restroom on site, refrigerator, and potential for overflow bookings if you like. Wheelchair accessible. Looking for a long-term renter with a 60 day trial period to make sure it works for all parties. We have a room available to rent any day/time of the week that you need. Rent will depend on how many days you need the room. For example:

1 day/week = $100/month
2 days/week = $200/month
3 days/week $300/month
4 days/week = $400/month
5 days/week = $500/month

Days must be consistent. Example: Mondays all month or T/H all month, Saturdays all month, etc.

We do also have rooms available for rent by the hour ($15) if that better suits your needs or to supplement your set schedule.

Rooms are fully furnished and outfitted with a massage table, table warmer, towel cabbie, chairs and an Alexa for music. You can bring your tools/lotions/liniments and leave them in the room if you wish.

The studio is located on 38th and Sheridan with easy access from I70 with ample parking and a lot of shops, restaurants and other healthcare businesses nearby. Rent includes a shared waiting room, break room, refreshments, internet, utilities, cleaning service, restroom on site, ample parking, refrigerator, and potential for overflow bookings if you like. Wheelchair accessible. Looking for a long-term renter with a 60 day trial period to make sure it works for all parties. We have 1 room available to rent any day/time of the week that you need. Rent will depend on how many days you need the room. For example:

1 day/week = $120/month
2 days/week = $240/month
3 days/week $360/month
4 days/week = $480/month
5 days/week = $600/month
