Philosophy

We are all on our own fitness journey and each pathway is different for each person. I’m here to help guide each person toward their individual goals. I tailor all of my workouts toward functional fitness for a safe and healthy overall life. My goal is to create a fun and challenging workout where you’ll never anticipate the next move.

Education
Certified Personal Trainer – American Council on Exercise
CPR, First Aid, AED

Background
I grew up in a fitness household around my mother, who was a high-level body builder and trainer. She inspired my brother and I to incorporate fitness into our daily lives from a very young age. I played competitive soccer, trained in track and field, and boxing, and now I currently use those methods in my training.
I’ve been teaching bootcamps for three years and helping a few one-on-one personal training clients throughout that time. It’s my passion to help people of all ages and abilities.
I am also a Motion Fitness 6-Week Challenge graduate! I would love to share my experience and struggles and challenge YOU to try it!

Interests
I have a passion for sports and athletics, which extends to watching local sports. I’ve been an avid hiker since I moved to the Rocky Mountain region five years ago, and am always looking for a new challenging trail. Cooking has been a part of my life for more than 20 years, and it has evolved so much throughout my fitness and nutrition journey.
