Change the course of your journey with a CT Energy Session with Gretchen 

As with any program of personal development, such as nutrition or exercise, it takes consistent application to realize the full benefits of your energy sessions. One session can be an extraordinary experience, and many sessions regularly over time create a cumulative effect that can generate remarkable transformation in every aspect of your life.

During your session, you will be asked to lay on your back on a massage table. Once you are comfortable, your practitioner will invite you to simply relax and close your eyes. This time is all for you.

Gretchen will then work with your internal energies to not only create an optimal space to relax and de-stress, but also to experience expanded states of awareness, relaxation, detoxification and rejuvenation.

Your session will last approximately 45 minutes. We will touch in prior to your session for about 8 minutes to discuss what you would like to get out of your session. After your session, we will have a brief touch in regarding how you feel and your experience during your session. Total session time 60 minutes.
