Molly received her Hatha Yoga certification from Yoga Tree in San Francisco in 2011. She has since been teaching in a variety of environments to provide students with safe alignment and understanding of yoga fundamentals. She believes yoga is a powerful tool to address the stresses and challenges of our daily lives and support our journey towards physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. She is excited to join the Motion Fitness team. Her classes are designed to increase mobility, flexibility, strength and body awareness for all levels in order to cultivate a healthier, more fulfilling life.
