I have a passion for helping people feel great in their bodies. My specialty is in helping my clients achieve their goals. Whether it’s overcoming chronic pain, recovering from injuries/surgery, or enhancing general body function and sports performance. My style of bodywork integrates deep tissue and sports massage techniques that are designed to create more space in the joints; thus relieving muscle tension. I have created many of my own signature moves that are incredible for relieving joint pain especially for clients with arthritis, IT band problems, or those who have recently undergone joint replacements. It is not uncommon for a client to say, “Wow, no one has ever done that before.”Fitness I believe in teaching my clients how to safely and effectively take their health and fitness into their own hands. Through my wide scope of fitness experiences I have trained people with a variety of conditions including injuries, arthritis, shin splits, joint replacements, obesity and many other aches and pains. These experiences have made me adept at modifying exercises both to increase and decrease difficulty according to each person’s individual needs. I love the challenge of creating fun and effective workouts to keep my clients enjoying the workout as well as the results.
