A 6 week program that includes unlimited fat-burning & body sculpting workouts, daily nutritional and mind/ body challenges and daily motivation and accountability to help you feel FABULOUS, look AMAZING, & have the Confidence to ROCK those jeans you’ve been holding onto for years (you know the ones).

What are the Workouts Like?
Every workout here is Functional: Our trainers all have degrees in exercise science and use their in-depth knowledge of exercise physiology to design workouts that not only challenge you to your core, but do it in a safe and effective way. Our functional workouts are designed to improve balance, create joint stability, and reduce risk of injury as well as improving strength and stamina. We are not about getting big muscles. We are about making your body a well oiled machine. We will carefully watch your form and give you tips to eliminate imbalances. With so many classes to choose from it’s easy to find something to fuel your fitness passion and get you started on the path to a greater you.
Our fun and challenging workouts will having you loving the workout as much as the results! All challenge participants are required to attend at least 3 classes at Motion Fitness each week (sun-sun) during the challenge. If you fail to meet this requirement in any given week you will be excused from the challenge.
Consistency and routine are the best indicators of long-term success in a wellness program. Our greatest desire is for you to achieve your fitness goals so we have built in a wonderful motivator. If you are not committed to attend 3 classes each week you will be kicked out with no refund. This challenge is only for those ready to commit!
Daily Nutritional and Mind/ Body Challenges
Throughout the program you will be completing at home challenges. This will generally be things like following a specific meal plan, reflecting on an eating habit, changing your eating rhythm, trying a new food or recipe, cutting out sugar for a day etc. These challenges are meant to push you out of your comfort zone to try new things, educate you on clean eating practices, and help you reflect on your current nutritional and mind/body practices. You will also have at-home fitness challenges to complete each week. You will be required to complete and document the challenges in some way each week to stay in the challenge. Sometimes it will be submitting a reflection, picture or video. No matter the mode. If you fail to submit your weekly homework you’ll be excused from the challenge.

Accountability & Support:
We are in the business of changing lives. We truly CARE about your success in reaching your goals and will go the extra mile to make sure you stay on track with the program. This is not a “diet” you will be making a lifestyle change. Through the program you will see eating healthier is just a change in mindset and a few small changes at a time. Yes, you will even start enjoying your workouts and will learn how great it feels to be active.
We’ve also created a “secret” Facebook Group for the challenge members. This is a place for you to talk with others working toward the same goals and going through similar struggles. This is also where you will do your daily nutritional and mind/body challenges.
Weekly Measurements and check-ins
This is your checks and balances system. Not only will we get before and after pics and measurements, but we will be doing weekly measurements to make sure you’re getting RESULTS.

FAQ’s What Boot Camp Times and Locations am I able to attend? You are able to attend ANY of the class times at either of our locations.
How do I get started with the New Year, New You Challenge? Once you sign up for the program you will receive an email with the details on the orientation session November 26th. This is where you will do your initial measurements, meet the rest of the group, do an introductory workout and have a Q & A session.
