Yoga Basics – Introductory Class ( All Levels Welcome)
This is a Hatha based yoga class where a slower and more gentile practice of yoga is embraced. An introduction to the various asanas, alignment, breathing exercises, seated mediation, and relaxation techniques will be explored. Yoga basics is great starting point for the beginning practitioner or anyone wishing to reconnect to the fundamentals of yoga.
