A combination of strength and boxing. This is a fun, effective cardio session that rapidly burns calories and fat. Routines are designed to engage you entire body by including high intensity kicking and punching to sculpt muscles of the arms, shoulders, abs, thighs and butt in one workout.
Check out these full-body workouts. Each class includes cardio, upper body, lower body and core work. Bootcamps are a great well-rounded workout to bundle everything into an action packed hour. Class formats are different for every class and often include High Intensity Interval Training. An Enthusiastic, dedicated instructor will cheer you on and help you accomplish personal goals but will neiver be in your face yelling at you.

This class will strengthen and tone your muscles from head to toe using a variety of exercises for each muscle group. You will be challenged in ways you never expected in a strength class with a variety of body weight, TRX, Bosu, Medicine ball, Sand Bell and Free Weight exercises.

The TRX suspension trainer allows us to easily adjust the difficulty of an exercise by simply stepping foward to backward. This allows us to have an entire class doing the same exercise with each individual finding their perfect fit for difficulty. The suspension trainer uses your body weight as resistance so depending on your body position you can make an exercise extremely difficult or extremely easy. Imagine standing on 1 foot with the other suspended behind you… now lunge… do you have enough balance to stay standing???? Come in and find out! Great for beginners! This class provides a great intro to using the TRX. The first 30 minutes of class will be spent on the TRX and will be focused on perfecting foundational TRX exercises focusing on strength and balance. The second half of class takes you through an amazing guided stretch using the yoga straps to increase your range of motion and reduce overall stess and tension in your body.
