Nancy has worked very hard getting me through training for the Colfax Half marathon. With her help, lymph massage and foot baths have kept me healthy and recovery has been a breeze! From Moab half in March to Colfax in May, I shaved 13 minutes off my time. All do to my lymph system working at its peak and allowing my body to recover more efficiently. I will always use her during training cycles! The best!!!
Jessica has to give the best massages around! I like my massage with some force behind it and Jessica seems to have just the right touch I want to get on the list to go monthly now just to stay tuned up!

I have been a part of the Motion Fitness Studio for approximately a year. I began last year around April with the same limp desires to reach my fitness goals as always. Surprisingly, Jessica took me serious, and inspired me with the support and understanding I needed. I now know that my goals are attainable!! Everything I have tried from this studio has worked for me, as long as I have maintained my end of the bargain – showing up. I began by joining group classes, and successfully completed booty bootcamp and ab bootcamp last year.The classes are refreshing and never the same / always evolving. There is no hierarchy or competition of bodies – we all try hard and have one goal – to reach our fitness goals. Although these are group classes, I feel I receive the one on one attention and tips I need. The Motion Fitness team has grown since I joined but there is not one instructor that I don’t like – all highly effective and caring people. ALL IN ALL, I LOVE IT!!! AND WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE LOOKING FORWARD TO REACHIG THEIR FITNESS GOALS!

I have been working out with Jessica and the Motion Fitness crew for almost 2 years. I love all the classes from TRX to Boot Camp and Yoga. I am very particular about the massage therapists I see. Typically I wait way too long to go, and when I do my goal is to solve problems. Jessica does not disappoint! She has a superb ability to hone in on the problem areas and intuitively address the need. I love deep tissue massage and I know this is one of her specialties. That being said, we are not all the same and I know she has other therapists able to address many different massage styles. I highly recommend Motion Fitness and Massage.
I needed a massage terribly and called around a few places with the hope to get in as a walk-in basis. Then, I remembered a referral coupon from my dental office, and spoke with Jess. She was so nice and got me on the book from her on-call message therapist, Alysa Miller. As I upgraded my session, I received more than I anticipated; Alysa is gentle yet firm and listened to the request I needed. Jess went above and beyond, I would book them again in a heartbeat.
