Philosophy

Not all types and styles of exercise are for everyone, its that balance between fun and push that really makes a difference in achieving results. Just when I thought I had given up on exercise I knew it was time to try something new, sticking with this idea of try and try again helped me reverse my diagnosis of Hypothyroidism, a proactive approach was exactly the right attitude to have.
